Tiny, but loaded with healthy stuff!


It has beech mushroom, red and green peppers, apples wrapped around with salmon fillet, individually cooked and seasoned. The purple-looking part is seven different grains, brown rice, brown sweet rice, barley, red beans, blackeyed peas, kidney beans, purple sticky rice, steamed. And it was garnished with kiwi and yellow peaches.
